FAQ's

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Shipping times are in addition to processing times. Dashing Pearl may have to verify payment and order details before processing your order. Dashing Pearl ships packages from our warehouse locations in the United States and China. 

If you need an item by a certain date please contact us at dashingpearlstore@gmail.com to ensure your item will be delivered by the required date.

Region and shipping time (business day estimate)

Your order may be shipped in different packages, please don't worry if you didn't get all items at the first package, we must ship other items in other packages.

United States: 6-18 business days

Netherlands: 6-18 business days

Oceania & Europe & Asia: 10-20 business days

RETURNS:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items are able to be exchange for the same value that they were purchased for. Items such as special occasion dresses, under garments, swimwear, beauty products, bedding and gift cards are not able to be returned or exchanged. 


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact Dashing Pearl at dashingpearlstore@gmail.com to begin the return process. 

REFUNDS:
Any items that are not returned in new condition, are damaged or have missing parts will not be refundable. If you would like the damaged product back, customer will be responsible for shipping costs. We will notify you via e-mail regarding the status of the return and when applicable to status of the refund.  

If a return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, contact your bank to ensure there is not a hold on the return. If you’ve done this and have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dashingpearlstore@gmail.com.

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at dashingpearlstore@gmail.com to begin the process. 

GIFTS: 
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a store credit will be issued to you.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
